LEADERSHIP

ELDERS

Thank you for visiting our church's website.  Being the pastor of Noblesville Baptist is one of the greatest privileges of my life.  I'd love to get the chance to meet you personally.

Growing up on the outskirts of Anderson, Indiana, I learned to love basketball, cornfields, and flat land. I thank God for having the opportunity to be raised in a Christian home and receive Christ as my Savior at the young age of 12.

I completed a Master of Divinity degree from Faith Bible Seminary (2016) in Lafayette, IN and an interdisciplinary Th. M. from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2019) in Louisville, KY.

I was born in Walnut Creek, California, and raised in Medford, Oregon. At the age of 12, I trusted Christ as my personal Savior while attending a local church camp and was later baptized. After high school, I went on to Bible College where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Biblical Studies. Upon graduation, I married my wife Kristen. Since that time, our family has grown as we have added three children, Adalynn Rose, Mason John, and Anna Christine.

I had the wonderful honor to serve as a local police officer for five years, prior to entering the full time ministry. The Lord allowed me to serve as a Youth Pastor for 3 years before joining the Noblesville Baptist Church staff in October of 2012. My law enforcement background has provided me with some interesting sermon illustrations and also helped in creating a ministry that is a safe and secure harbor for all involved. While I look to create a welcoming atmosphere, my main focus is to teach the Word of God in an understandable and practical way. In order to further developed in this area I'm currently working on my Masters degree in Biblical counseling. My desire at NBC is for people to seek and serve the Lord as they apply God’s truth and grow in His grace.

In addition to working with teens, I also enjoy meeting those who are struggling and look to provide hope through biblical counseling. In my free time, I enjoy sports, running, mountain biking, snow skiing, waterskiing, rock climbing, camping, and spending time with my family.

I was born in Searcy, Arkansas, and grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana. By His grace, the Lord drew me to Himself at a young age. I was brought up in a believing home under my parents Marvin and Tammy and alongside my siblings Meghan and Ryan. My early years consisted mainly of Family, Church, Basketball, and Art.

I attended Anderson University where I received a BA in Visual Communication Design and also where I met my beautiful bride Kelsy. We moved to Noblesville and now have five amazing arrows in our quiver; Silas Jonathan, Selah Joy, Ruby Noelle, Elijah Jude, and Zion Nathanael.

My family and I have been blessed to attend NBC since 2015. In 2018 I began an internship with NBC while pursuing theological education through the Indianapolis Theological Seminary I completed the Masters of Divinity degree in May 2021, and I currently serve our church as an Associate Pastor working in areas of teaching, preaching, administration, design, and music. God has blessed my family and I beyond measure, and I give all glory to Him for the opportunity to serve at NBC.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, I had the blessing of growing up in a Christian home. God saved me as a young teenager and began a work in my life during those years.

I attended Bob Jones University where I received a BS in Business Management and met my amazing wife, Sara. After we were married in 1986, we settled in NH and became actively involved in our church where we served until moving to Indiana in 2018.  Through the years, God has blessed us with three wonderful daughters, three terrific sons-in-law, and soon-to-be 7 grandchildren.

Sara and I have had the privilege to attend and serve at Noblesville Baptist Church since we arrived in Indiana in 2018.  We love the Noblesville area and God has given us a love for the people at NBC.  Sara serves in the Ladies Ministry, music, and teaching, and I am grateful that God has seen fit to use me in small group and teaching ministry.  When we aren’t serving at church you will often find us enjoying time with family, connecting with neighbors, or playing pickleball.

I grew up here in Noblesville, Indiana where I met my wife Elizabeth (in the 6th grade!). We were both unbelievers even when we started dating in 9th grade, but God in his rich mercy and grace saved both of us just one day apart from each other in 2018. God drew us to come here to NBC as 16 and 17 year-olds on our own and through the loving family and elders at NBC showed us the light of the Gospel. Growing up, my life was sports. I played soccer mainly along with basketball and track. I have 3 other siblings and am the only one in my family to truly follow Christ.

I went to Ball State University with my wife where I received a BS in biology and she received a BS in Nursing in spring 2022. We got married Junior year of college so 2020 (best decision we ever made) and we now have a little girl! Aletheia Joy Walls.

My wife and I have been coming here since late 2017, we were saved in early 2018, and now I have started an internship here at NBC while I pursue my M.Div. from Faith Bible Seminary. God has blessed my family and I far more than we could have ever deserved, and I intend on living the rest of my years praising Him and giving Him the glory for all that He has done for me.

I was born and raised in Southern California.  At a young age I made a profession of faith in Christ, trusted Him as Savior, and committed to follow Him as my Lord.  I experienced a great deal of growth in my Christian walk in my college years at California State University, Fullerton where I also received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and competed in track and field.

After graduating I married my lovely wife Amy and we have two beautiful children, Elijah Patrick and Hannah Joy. In 2021 the Lord moved us from Southern California to the wonderful Midwest. Amy, the kids, and I made the move to Indiana with much of my immediate family and a few of our close family friends.

It has been a tremendous blessing that the Lord has led us to Noblesville Baptist Church and that they, as a faithful body of believers, have given me the opportunity to pursue a seminary education at Faith Bible Seminary in Lafayette, IN.
